CrownCoat Brushable Sealant

CrownCoat Brushable Sealant is a fast setting, elastomeric coating that forms a permanently flexible waterproof membrane on the chimney crown! CrownCoat Brushable Sealant is specifically formulated to repair, and protect chimney crowns from water intrusion! CrownCoat has a unique, quick drying, water based technology making it easy to brush on during application, and has become a favorite among chimney professionals! When applying this product, fill larger cracks and voids with patching cement or high quality caulk, then apply two coats of CrownCoat: a thin first coat, followed immediately by a heavier top coat using 3�� or 4�� paint brushes (not included). CrownCoat cures completely in 2 - 4 hours, and covers approximately 40 square feet per gallon. CrownCoat Brushable Sealant is durable, requires no mixing or special bonding agents, can be custom colored using standard mortar dye.
