DINITROL PUR-505 Primerless Automotive Urethane / Sealant 310ml Case of 12 Cartridge

PUR-505 can also be used with Dinitrol 538 Plus multifunction black primer for superior adhesion and 100 % UV blocking on all OEM and Aftermarket vehicle glass.PUR-505 is a one component cold applied, nonconductive urethane adhesive system. Important Notes: Glass installation is not recommended at temperatures below 5 C (40 F) unless proper procedures are followed as stated in the DINITROL AGR Training Manual under Adverse Weather Conditions Section. Adhesives such as DINITROL 9100 or DINITROL 9000 should be used in these extreme temperatures unless glass is replaced in a heated shop an allowed to remain there until the appropriate Safety Drive Away Time as listed on the product TDS sheets have been met. *For complete instructions on how to use and apply the DINITROL glass bonding systems, please refer to the DINITROL AGR Training Manual.2 tubes of urethane required for most windshield or back glass installations. 1 tube for most other glass installations.This product requires a 26:1 thrust ratio caulk gun or better to properly dispense.

Directions: This urethane doesn't requires the use of DINITROL 538 PLUS Primer, this is a primerless urethane. Manufacture always recommends safe practices to apply a primer or activator prior to installing a windshield. All bonding areas must be clean, dry and free from all contaminates like oil, grease, release agents, etc. If there is no existing urethane on the pinchweld to use as a substrate, apply 538 to the pinchweld bonding area.

Method of use: The application of the DINITROL PUR-505 is done by extrusion out of cartridges/tubes. Requires power caulking gun or 26:1 thrust ratio to properly dispense. Product has very high viscosity and can not be dispensed without proper equipment. The use of this product is suitable only for experienced users. Pre-tests are recommended for special applications.
